Our switch to Customer-Centric Design is about addressing the needs and wants of you, the customer, right from step one. With an active voice in the planning and design stages, we can ensure that your feedback, recommendations and pain points are considered throughout the whole process. Your needs and experiences will play a big part in deciding what new features to implement, flows to redesign, and where our priorities should be.

AN ONGOING DESIGN PROCESS

Our new focus will ensure we spend more time on the things that matter to you, and less on the stuff that doesn’t. To hold ourselves accountable, we’ll be looking to improve the way we communicate these changes so we’re all on the same page. For this to work, we can’t be static in our approach. It’s an ongoing process and ever evolving, and we’ll need to keep coming back to you to confirm we’re listening, learning and improving with you in mind.
